Since 2004 Brian Stoltzfus has been a real estate agent focusing on residential home sales in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin and has become a seasoned expert in the Nashville market. He has led that team in sales volume and unit sales, all while also managing the marketing budget, and overseeing the preferred lender and title relationships. This oversight ensured that the marketing agreements where in place with the preferred vendors, not only providing value to the developer, but also staying RESPA compliant.
Brian Stoltzfus is married to Erika (20 years) and has two daughters (Kylie and Courtney), and resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
