Kerrie Kirby Johnson

Kerrie Kirby Johnson was originally licensed as an Affiliate Broker in 1984, and returned to the real estate market in 2018. Representing a family real estate heritage of 50+ years, and reared in the real estate arena, Kerrie is continuing her father’s legacy of successful client results, undeniable market knowledge, and an ever so graceful, yet determined, art of negotiation.As a 27+ year Nashville resident, Kerrie has been involved with a variety of charitable organizations for her beloved Music City, and many will attest she is a philanthropist at heart. Cheering on Make A Wish Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank, Owl’s Hill Nature Center, The Nashville Zoo, and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital to name a few. She is often found wrapped in the canopies of these foundations. Kerrie partners alongside her sister and Broker, Lara K. Kirby, listing and selling residential properties in Davidson and surrounding counties. Kerrie is married to Nashville native John T. Johnson, Jr. (26 years) and enjoys downtime with family and friends along the waters of Old Hickory Lake. Kerrie and John T. are long time members of Hillwood Country Club, Cedar Creek Yacht Club and Forest Hills Baptist Church.
