Since 2004 Brian Stoltzfus has been a real estate agent focusing on residential home sales in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin and has become a seasoned expert in the Nashville market. In 2019 Brian became one of the principal owners at Village Real Estate Services, which has over 400 agents across multiple sales offices. In 2021 Village merged w Parks and added an additional 900+ agents. In 2022 Village | Parks merged w Pilkerton and added an additional 200 agents creating the largest, locally owned brokerage in Tennessee. In 2017 RealTrends ranked Brian Stoltzfus number 14 in the state of Tennessee in real estate sales volume. In 2016 he was ranked thetop real estate sale agent at Parks Realty, across all offices. In 2022 Brian sold over $67 million and was one of the top agents across the all three company brands.

Mr. Stoltzfus began his real estate career in 2004 and has been an integral part of numerous major on-site sales new construction condominium projects including Twelve|Twelve (288 units), Rhythm on Music Row (107 units), Broadwest (196 units), Eighth South condos (52 units), Silo House (103 units), Silo Park (46 units), Silo West (169 units), 1041 Flats (76 units), Douglas Martin Lofts (16 units), Woodstock (42 units), Summit West (10 units), Plumb Orchard (75 units), 600 Garfield (17 units) in Germantown, MelPark townhomes (39 units), Novello (9 units), Mezzo (penthouse units), 3110 (4 high-end townhomes), 3116 (30 units), Ludlow Row (26 units), Belle Post (12 homes), Beech Townhomes (5 units), Hamilton (26 townhomes), 31st Avenue (13 units), Thompson Park (35 townhomes), H&O (46 STR units), Hyve (86 STR units), The Lloyd (ultra lux 8 units), Hamlet (19 homes) and others. Brian excels at team management, client relationships, forecasting, and being creative to make deals come together. Brian has been an integral part of the listing team at Twelve|Twelve and the new luxury high-rise tower Broadwest in midtown Nashville. He has led that team in sales volume and unit sales, all while also managing the marketing budget, and overseeing the preferred lender and title relationships. This oversight ensured that the marketing agreements where in place with the preferred vendors, not only providing value to the developer, but also staying RESPA compliant.

Brian Stoltzfus is married to Erika (20 years) and has two daughters (Kylie and Courtney), and resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
